Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence Research recognizes the importance of protecting authors’ intellectual property while encouraging wide dissemination of scholarly work.

Authors who publish in the journal keep full copyright of their articles. By agreeing to publication, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right to edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, and preserve their work in both digital and printed formats.

This arrangement allows authors to:

This policy promotes ethical publishing, safeguards authors’ rights, and supports transparent and responsible scholarly communication in accordance with international open access standards.
